Volunteer Program

Volunteers are an integral and essential part of the Senior Resource Center team. Without volunteers, the Center would not be able to offer the breath of services nor cover the same number of clients.

Volunteer opportunities include:

• SHIP Volunteer – Assist with information about insurance or Medicare
• Assist with Circuit Breaker applications
• AARP Tax-Aide volunteers - Provide tax counseling assistance to seniors from February through April
• Money Management volunteer – Help seniors with bill paying activities
• Greeters at the Resource Center
• Newsletters – Fold, collate and label one morning each month
• Office / Clerical assistance
