A variety of opportunities exist at the Senior Center in support of the Center’s many activities and services

§ Friendly Visitor – Visit once a week to provide companionship

§ SHIP Volunteer – Assist with information about insurance or Medicare

§ Assist with Circuit Breaker applications

§ AARP Tax-Aide volunteers

§ Money Management volunteer – Help seniors with bill paying activities

§ Receptionist

§ Newsletters – fold, collate and label

§ Office / Clerical assistance

§ Classroom Tutors – Freeport Public Schools

§ Health Committee – Assist with Programs

§ Senior Swingers Dance Troupe – Entertain at local long term care facilities monthly and occasionally at community functions.  Practice and Schedule dates: call he Activity Director at the Center
